Right now I wish I could accessorize more but the weather is just killing me! It’s really hot and humid and makes me want to take off all of my clothes and just run around naked! Just kidding! But here is what I wore (posing with the love of my life- Jane! my car, that is) to run some errands and hang out with the Matt.

It's now official two days until my trip and I could not be more excited! I've become self conscious about what I want to wear to the music show on Friday so I've been looking around the internet for some inspiration. Maybe I'll do a little post later filled with what I can find :)

I'm excited for fall, just like the rest of us girls who love layering and wearing tights out there! I found these two pairs of shoes at Marshalls and I couldn't decide which ones I liked best! Now thinking about it I wish I could've snagged the second pair. They would make a great addition for my fall wardrobe :)

I have been really excited these past couple of days for my trip to Southern California next week :) I just bought a lot of rolls of film for the trip and I also made this purhase:









It's so nifty and comes with an extra makeup bag! I'm going to have to jam all of our daily essentials in it but the print was so adorable that I just had to get it! The bag is from Forever 21. 6 more days! :)

I ended up waking up late for the yard sale so I arrived late which resulted in a loss of early morning bird customers BUT it was still fun and I sold a few things. I didn't sell as much as I wanted to but it was a nice experience. It makes me want to have my own little shop even more, haha. We shall seeee :)

inspiration: betty & veronica

I stopped by Borders the other day and the Arhie comic stand caught my eye! I love love loved the Arhie comics when I was a kid, particularly Betty & Veronica because of their vibrant and trendy clothing. I'm particularly fond of the issues that were published in the 50's-60s so I searched the internet and found lovely inspiration for you all-











The last Betty one is my particular favorite! I couldn't resist buying a couple of issues as well but I haven't got a scanner near me :( Maybe next time?
