that is sickening. :(. The last time we had a similar thing to vote for I'm Hawaii everyone overwhelmingly voted against gay marriage. Disappointing. I was too young to make my vote count for gay marriage. But I do believe strongly that now with Obama in office, whose race was once slaves in the u.s. That gays will be getting the rights they deserve soon. It is only a matter of time.
i am so proud to be american right now, and so appalled to be californian. this is going to sound awful of me, but i cannot wait for that hatred to die off with the older generations.
SO upset about the passing of proposition 8, urgh. it sucks because here in san francisco you don't realize that there are people who are anti-gay rights out there. it makes me really sad. D:
